Initial Inquiry
It all begins with a dream. This is where we start to make it a reality. In our initial meeting, we will have a general chat about your goals and objectives and talk about your current financial position including
a basic overview of your liabilities and income.
The Data
Next, we will get back to you with a Product Comparison with lenders that will suit your specific needs. We will then call you to discuss your options and we will discuss on which lender is best for your needs.
Submission
At the submission stage, we will collect all the vital information needed for your loan submission. From there we will prepare your loan submission for you to your chosen lender.
Approval
We will work with the lender to get them what they need in the approval stage. Once your loan is approved we will work with them up until settlement for you.
Post Settlement
After your settlement is where the benefit of using a finance broker really begins. We will conduct “health checks” on your loan and compare it to current market rates. We will then speak to your lender on your behalf about any possible rate reduction. We will also help with any other matter that will keep your loan in good shape.
